Unconstitutional Constitutional Amendments

The first online symposium of the journal is based on Dr. Yaniv Roznai’s recent book, Unconstitutional Constitutional Amendments: The Limits of Amendment Powers published by the Oxford University Press. Dr. Yaniv Roznai is a Senior Lecturer at the Radzyner School of Law, Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, Israel. His scholarship focuses on comparative constitutional law, constitutional theory, legisprudence, and public international law.

The symposium comprises of reviews written by South Asia’s leading scholars Upendra Baxi, Mahendra Pal Singh and Ridwanul Hoque. Lastly, a response to the reviews by Roznai.
